Generally, our minimum requirements are:
Must be based permanently in the Philippines and able to work in the country
A graduate with an IT, Business, Administration, or Communication/Media degree; although significant years of industry experience can also be considered
Should have at least 3 years previous experience in their industry of choice, with references
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and especially good at conversing in English with foreigners
A problem solver who can work both autonomously and as part of a team, and can work across teams to creatively solve challenges
Be customer-centric, regardless of the role or industry they operate in
For permanent roles, looking to commit to a minimum three years employment or longer
For WFH engagements, have a desktop/laptop with I5+ chipset, at least 8gb of RAM, and the latest version of Windows; at least 50Mbps internet speed, and a private / secure work location with no background noise or interruptions
For contract / project roles, must have a BIR Certificate of Registration and OR bookletHave a valid NBI clearance
