About the Role

This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of the pioneer sales team establishing the on-the-ground sales presence for our client - a global IT consulting and service company based in Europe.


The client is looking for a full-time IT Sales Account Manager to drive business development, revenue and profitability, and governance as they accelerate their entry to the Philippines market.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


Business development

· Create opportunities within the cluster for growth of business- expansion into existing

· Hunting new clients in alignment with organization strategy

· Nurture and enhance relationships with key client stakeholders

· Work with Xebia CoE/ practices for GTM planning and execution

· Regular connect with Clients at Senior leadership Levels for identifying new/adjacent opportunities

· Drive to think of creative and pro-active solutions to customer problems.


Revenue and Profitability management

· Forecast, track and be responsible for key account metrics like revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction for the account.

· Conversion of sales opportunities into revenue streams

· Balanced portfolio of revenue streams- steady state v/s one timers

· Margins management during sales process, margins management in execution

· Portfolio balance for long terms margin improvement and sustainability


Governance

· Participate in ensuring deliveries with the customer

· Ensure the service delivery for the projects happen at very high client satisfaction levels and resolve all pending issues, if any, at the earliest

· Jointly review project schedules and deliverables with the client team and Xebia’s delivery project managers periodically and participate in key project reviews and meetings on Steerco level.

· Talent planning and support in hiring & retention

Requirements

HIRING CRITERIA (MINIMUM)  

1.     Permanently resides in Metro Manila and can attend onsite meetings / training in either Makati, BGC or Ortigas from time to time

2.     Must have a minimum experience of 7 years, of which 4 years should in IT Sales

3.     The candidate should be versed with both languages-English & Tagalog / Cebuano

4.     The candidate should be from an IT Services company background

5.     The candidate should have worked for BFSI (banking, financial services, insurance) customers in their previous employment

6.     The candidate should have some experience working with Partners as AWS/Microsoft Azure/GCP, Core Banking and/or have experience working with Data.

7.     Should possess good negotiation skills

8.     Must be a consistent performer in Sales

9.     Must have proved skills in Hunting and establishing Enterprise prospects

10.  Should be communicative enough to handle customers

11.  The candidate should be open for travel (local/international) as and when required

12.  Excellent engagement & negotiation skills

13.  Have own laptop, good quality headset, internet broadband of at least 20mbps, and own mobile phone

14.  Have a location at home that is quiet, secure, and amenable to working from home (i.e. reliable internet connection, desk etc.)

 

HIRING CRITERIA (PREFERRED)

1.     IT Engineering Degree is good to have as a qualification
